Finance Hub is a brand of the company Finance Hub Taveira & Nascimento, Lda, a Credit Intermediary registered with number 0006271, hereinafter referred to as "Finance Hub".

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The personal data collected by the Data Controller from the data subject are as follows:

a) Identification data (full name, date of birth, identity document number, tax identification number);

b) Contact details (phone numbers, fax, and address);

c) Banking data (IBAN, bank statements, debt statements);

d) Tax data (IRS statements, IRS liquidation note, etc.)

e) Salary data (pay slips, employment relationship, or other proof of salary);

f) Documentation related to the housing to be acquired, such as energy certificates, property book, land registry certificate, which contains, among other information, the address of the property, the asset value, the areas, and personal data of the owners.

In case of changes to the data collected, this Privacy Policy will be duly updated. In the event of the collection of personal data from children, the Data Controller will take all necessary measures for the child to have access to the legally required information in a clear and simple manner, and will only process such data based on their consent if they have already reached 13 years of age. If the child has not yet reached 13 years of age, their data can only be processed if consent is given by their legal representatives, preferably using secure authentication methods.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF COLLECTED DATA

The client's personal data are collected, primarily, for the provision of the credit intermediation service requested by the client to the Data Controller (illegality basis provided for in article 6, no. 1, al. a) of the GDPR), which necessarily includes the transfer of this data to Credit Institutions, so that they can analyze the client's legal and financial situation and, thus, decide on the terms of granting bank credit.

Given the above, by providing their personal data to the Data Controller, for the purpose of establishing a credit intermediation relationship, the client accepts that their data will be subject to this processing, and that non-agreement with the same implies the impossibility of providing the service desired by the client.

The client's personal data may also be processed for the purpose of disclosing products, services, and campaigns, within the activities carried out by Finance Hub, provided that the client's consent is obtained.

Under no circumstances will the collected data be used for a purpose other than that legally established or for which consent has been given by the data subject. Thus, if the Data Controller intends to process the personal data provided by the client for another purpose, they will always request the prior consent of the client

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purpose of executing the credit intermediation contract entered into between the parties, the Data Controller will transfer the client's personal data to Financial and Credit Institutions, whose list can be consulted on the website https://www.bportugal.pt/

The client may also obtain information about the entities to whom the Data Controller transfers their data (all based in the EU), by sending an email to the email address provided in point 1.

If the client gives their consent, the financial and credit institutions with whom the credit intermediary has established commercial partnerships may consult information about the client from the Credit Responsibilities Central as well as from the Check Users List that pose a Risk, both existing at the Bank of Portugal, in accordance with the applicable legislation and regulations.

PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

The period during which the data is stored and retained varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed and in accordance with any legal obligations and requirements that may apply, requiring the retention of the data for a minimum period of time.

Therefore, and whenever there is no specific legal obligation, the data will be stored and retained only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated their collection or their subsequent processing, after which they will be deleted.

More specifically:

a) Personal data collected for the purpose of the credit intermediation contract will be kept for a period of 12 (twelve) months after the end of the contractual relationship established with the client, without prejudice to their retention, beyond that period, in case of pending judicial action, in which case the data must be deleted within 3 (three) months from the date of the final decision rendered within the scope of that process.

b) Personal data collected for disclosure purposes will be kept and processed until consent on the basis of which they are processed is withdrawn.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

The data subjects whose personal data are collected are guaranteed the right to request from the data controller access, rectification, deletion, or limitation of the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

In cases where express consent has been given for collection and processing, data subjects have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, simply by sending an email to the email address above indicating such. In this case, the data subject is hereby informed that revocation of consent only has effect for the future.

Having become aware of Finance Hub's Privacy Policy, I declare that I give permission:

A) Regarding the processing of my personal data for the purpose of disclosing products, services, and campaigns, within the activities carried out by Finance Hub.

B) Regarding the possibility for financial and credit institutions with whom the credit intermediary has established commercial partnerships to consult information about me from the Credit Responsibilities Central as well as from the Check Users List that pose a Risk, both existing at the Bank of Portugal, in accordance with the applicable legislation and regulations.

C) The transmission of my personal data to financial and credit institutions with whom the credit intermediary has established commercial partnerships for the purpose of those credit institutions presenting me with a financing proposal; the decision made by the credit institutions regarding the credit proposal may be presented to me by the credit intermediary in this consent referred to.

Before initiating any process, all our clients sign our General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Through this document, our clients authorize Finance Hub and the Banking Institutions to proceed with the processing of their personal data, as well as the other documents sent for the purpose of analyzing the credit request.

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data they send to the website www.financehub.pt; Finance Hub is exempt from any responsibility in this regard. Users guarantee and respond, in any case, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the corresponding form.

CONTACT FORM:

We request the following personal data: Name, Email, to respond to the requirements of users of our website. We may use this data to respond to questions, comments, or requests for information regarding the information included at www.financehub.pt, the services provided, the processing of personal data, as well as any other questions that the user may have and that are not subject to the contract conditions. The data provided by the user will be located on the server where our website is stored. Failure to provide the minimum necessary personal data will prevent Finance Hub from responding to the request. Our website may have a presence on social networks; in these cases, the processing of the data of followers on social networks will be governed by this section, as well as by the terms of use, privacy policies, and access regulations belonging to the social network in each case and previously accepted by the user. Finance Hub will process the personal data of users for the purpose of properly managing the presence of the website www.financehub.pt on the social network, informing about activities, products, or services, as well as for any other purpose allowed by the regulations of the social networks.

TESTIMONIALS:

We may select and publish statements and comments from clients or users on our services, which may contain personal data; we will obtain the user's consent before publishing any testimony or opinion with their name.
